1) DO NOT sign documents prior to notary appointment.

 

2) Ensure to have a valid form of identification (i.e. Driver's License,Passport, Military ID, Inmate Card).

 

3) The document(s) should not have any blank spaces.

 

4) All Parties signing must be present at the time of the signing and notarization.
